LR-X250C
The LR-X250C model product is a high-precision reflective digital laser sensor designed specifically for industrial automation detection scenarios. It uses a green laser light source (505nm) and an M8 standard connector, supporting adjustable detection distances from 30mm to 250mm. At a detection distance of 250mm, the light spot size is only 0.8mm × 1.2mm, achieving the ability to detect small height differences of ± 0.5mm. Its core functions include dual channel NPN/PNP collector open circuit output (NO/NC switchable), 1 to 2mm resolution display, and multi-mode timing control (delay/single pulse/on-off cycle). The response time can be configured from 500 μ s to 200ms to meet the requirements of high-speed production lines. The product has a protection level of IP65/IP67 and can operate stably in non condensing environments from -10 ℃ to+50 ℃ and 35% to 85% RH. It is equipped with built-in power reverse protection, output overcurrent protection, and surge protection circuits, and has been verified for mechanical reliability through 1000m/s ² impact and 10-500Hz vibration tests. The sensor supports dual device same frequency anti-interference technology (with up to 2 parallel devices set at different frequencies), comes standard with IO Link v1.1 communication interface (transmission rate of 38.4kbps), and is compatible with Keyence Whisker. Block ® A series of modular systems, with typical application scenarios covering 3C electronic component size detection, automotive welding gap measurement, and food packaging liquid level monitoring, especially suitable for stable identification of dark/reflective material workpieces.
