The GT2-75P model product is a high-precision digital displacement sensor amplifier unit designed for industrial automation detection scenarios. It adopts a panel installation structure and PNP output configuration, compatible with 10-30VDC wide power input (including 10% ripple), and has multi-level display and high response characteristics. Its core functions include a 6+1/2 bit 7-segment LED measurement value display and a dual color 13 level bar LED status indicator, supporting a display range of -1999.999.9 to 1999.999.9 with a resolution of 0.1 μ m. The response time can be configured as 3/5/10/100/500/1000ms (12/20/40/400/2000/4000ms when paired with GT2 Pxxx), and the control output supports five levels of PNP collector open circuit mode (maximum 30V 50mA, residual voltage ≤ 1V). The product's protection level complies with UL/CSA standards, and the main body is made of polycarbonate shell and PVC cable. It has excellent environmental adaptability and can operate stably under conditions of -10 ℃ to+50 ℃ (no freezing) and 35% to 85% RH (no condensation). Its seismic resistance reaches 10-55Hz, with a double amplitude of 1.5mm (2 hours in X/Y/Z directions). When connecting expansion modules, it supports 2-15 cascaded units. The power supply voltage and control output current are automatically adapted according to the number of connections, making it suitable for industrial scenarios such as precision machining and semiconductor manufacturing that require high-precision displacement detection.
