The EX-V05P model product is a high-precision and high-speed response PNP digital displacement sensor amplifier unit, designed with M16 × 20mm cylindrical thread, supporting a measurement range of 0 to 5mm and a display range of ± 19999 to+19999. It has a resolution of 1 μ m and a sampling rate of up to 40000 times per second, and can adapt to different material targets such as iron, aluminum, copper, etc. It displays measurement values and out of range warnings in real time through 7-segment dual color LED. Its core functions include tolerance setting (upper/lower limit 2 levels x 4 styles), PNP collector open circuit signal output (maximum 100mA/30V), pulse/alarm output (residual voltage ≤ 1V), and ± 5V analog voltage output (100 Ω resistor). The response time is only 0.075ms, the delay time is 60ms, and it supports 15 measurement modes, 4 sets of judgment value storage, and decimal/display digit adjustment. The product has a protection level of IP67 and excellent environmental adaptability. It can operate stably under conditions of -10 ℃ to+60 ℃ and 35% to 85% RH (no condensation). Its seismic resistance meets 10 to 55Hz and double amplitude of 1.5mm (2 hours in X/Y/Z directions). It is widely used in industrial scenarios such as precision machining and semiconductor manufacturing that require micrometer level displacement detection.
