The FT-50AP model product is a high-precision, multifunctional digital infrared temperature sensor amplifier unit designed specifically for industrial automation and precision detection scenarios. Its core parameters cover a wide temperature range of -50 ℃ to 125 ℃, support 1.5V to 9V DC power input, compatible with DIN rail installation, adopt PNP open collector output and 4-20mA analog signal dual channel control, with a maximum load capacity of 50mA/260 Ω, and have dual resolution display accuracy of 0.1 ℃/1 ℃ and high-speed response characteristics of 15ms. The product integrates a dual color LED display screen (red/green character height 8mm/5.7mm), supports HSP/30-5000ms seven speed response speed adjustment, and has 4 sets of built-in memory banks that can independently set radiation rate and limit parameters. The external input interface supports 2ms timing trigger and 20ms memory bank switching. In terms of protection, it has passed IP65 level anti dust and moisture-proof testing, and can operate stably in a non freezing environment from -10 ℃ to+50 ℃, 35% -85% RH humidity, and 10-55Hz/1.5mm three-axis anti vibration conditions. The main unit adopts a polycarbonate shell and polyester elastic keycap, with a total weight of only about 85g, suitable for fields such as semiconductor manufacturing, precision machining, medical equipment temperature control, etc. that require strict temperature monitoring accuracy and anti-interference ability.

Basic electrical parameters

Power specifications: Supports 12V to 24V DC wide range power input, with a maximum allowable ripple (P-P) of 10%, in compliance with Class 2 or LPS safety standards.

Power consumption control: In normal operating mode, the power consumption is 1400mW (12V)/1600mW (24V), and in economy mode, it can be reduced to 1150mW (12V)/1350mW (24V).

Load capacity: Equipped with dual channel PNP open collector output (N.O./N.C. optional), maximum load current of 50mA (30V DC), residual voltage ≤ 1V.

2、 Display and interaction parameters

Display system: It adopts a 4+1/two 7-segment LED dual color display screen (red/green), with red characters at a height of 8mm and green characters at a height of 5.7mm, and a display update cycle of 10 times/second.

Resolution setting: Supports two display resolutions of 0.1 ℃ or 1 ℃ (when using H10/H20/H30), or a fixed 1 ℃ resolution (when using H50/H40K/H50K).

Status indication: Integrated with 3 red LED working indicator lights, corresponding to control output 1, control output 2, and timing input status respectively.

3、 Response and storage parameters

Response speed: Provides seven adjustment options including HSP, 30ms, 100ms, 200ms, 500ms, 1000ms, and 5000ms. The fastest response time in HSP mode is ≤ 15ms.

Storage configuration: Supports 4 independent storage banks, each group can be individually set with radiation rate (temperature mode is effective) and dual limit parameters.

Input response: The minimum response time for external timing input is 2ms, and the minimum response time for storage switching input is 20ms.

Output range: Provides 4-20mA analog signal output, maximum load resistance of 260 Ω, supports custom setting of upper and lower limits.

5、 Environmental adaptability parameters

Working temperature and humidity: The ambient temperature range is -10 ℃ to+50 ℃ (without freezing), and the relative humidity is 35% -85% (without condensation). The upper limit of ambient temperature when using analog output is+45 ℃.

Seismic performance: Passed X/Y/Z three-axis anti vibration test with 10-55Hz and double amplitude of 1.5mm, and operated continuously for 2 hours without any faults.

Protection level: The overall protection meets the IP65 standard and has the ability to prevent dust and moisture.

Material composition: The main unit and cover are made of polycarbonate material, the keycaps are made of polyester elastomer, the cables are made of vinyl chloride, and the mounting bracket is made of SPCC material.

Physical specifications: The product weighs approximately 85g and comes standard with a DIN rail fixture, power cord, and amplifier cover label.
