The LR-ZB100CP model is a high-performance digital laser sensor designed with a compact rectangular housing and M8 four pin connector. It supports adjustable detection distances from 35mm to 100mm and has dual stage difference resolution (35-50mm stage difference accuracy 1.5mm, 50-100mm stage difference accuracy 3mm) and 0.2mm display resolution. It is equipped with a 660nm red laser light source (Class 1 laser safety level) and can switch BGS/FGS background suppression mode to adapt to different detection scenarios. The core circuit adopts a 10-30VDC wide voltage power supply, with built-in power reverse protection, output overcurrent protection, and surge protection functions. The working current is ≤ 18mA at 24VDC, and the response time supports three levels of adjustment: 1.5m/10mS/50ms. The output interface is PNP collector open circuit type (maximum load 100mA/30VDC, residual voltage ≤ 2V). The equipment has a protection level of IP68/IP69K, with the ability to resist 1000lux incandescent lamps and 8000lux sunlight interference. It can operate stably in environments ranging from -10 ℃ to+50 ℃ and 35% -85% RH humidity. The body is made of SUS316L stainless steel and PES material display screen, supporting three-axis 1.5mm/10-55Hz anti vibration testing. It is widely used in industrial automation scenarios such as semiconductor packaging positioning, 3C product precision assembly, and food packaging liquid level detection.
