Also making its CIIE debut, this system utilizes an advanced vibration suppression control algorithm that automatically adapts to workpieces of varying weights. It ensures stable and high-speed transport operations, reduces handling time, and boosts equipment utilization—particularly beneficial in high-mix production environments like electronics and automotive components.

High-Speed Multi-Point Robotic Inspection Solution
Integrating “fly-by” imaging and digital twin technology, this system automates inspection tasks that were previously manual, increasing inspection efficiency by over 40% while reducing costs by more than 25%. The built-in digital twin enables pre-validation and optimization of inspection programs offline, cutting setup and debugging time and helping manufacturers quickly adapt to variable production demands.

Intelligent Production Management Platform
In response to the growing need for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making, Omron also showcased its Intelligent Production Management Platform. By merging automation, IT, and intelligence, the platform unifies production planning, equipment status, and energy consumption data—breaking down information silos and enabling full-process visibility, smart analysis, and optimized operations. This helps manufacturers improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and energy efficiency, supporting both cost reduction and sustainability goals.
