The N-L20 model product is a high-performance Ethernet communication unit designed specifically for industrial automation scenarios. Its core functions enable stable data exchange with IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX standards through an integrated RJ-45 interface, supporting TCP, UDP, FTP, BOOTP, EtherNet/IP ™、 PROFINET and other mainstream industrial protocols are compatible with Mitsubishi Electric Q series PLC, KV STUDIO, MC protocol, OMRON PLC Link and other multi platform control systems. The product adopts 11 point LED status indicator lights (including sensor head communication, Ethernet link, power supply, and 6 sets of IO port status), built-in 5VDC ± 5% barcode reader dedicated power supply (maximum current 650mA), with 2-point bidirectional voltage input (maximum rated value 26.4VDC, minimum ON voltage 15VDC) and 4-point optical MOS relay output (rated load 30VDC/100mA, residual voltage ≤ 1V, leakage current ≤ 0.1mA when OFF), which can achieve millisecond level signal response and precise industrial equipment linkage control. Its compact design supports DIN rail installation, with a protection level of IP67 (for some interfaces), environmental adaptability covering storage temperatures from -20 ° C to+60 ° C and working temperatures from 0 ° C to+50 ° C. Its seismic resistance has passed 10-55Hz dual amplitude 0.3mm, X/Y/Z three-axis testing for 2 hours each, suitable for high reliability scenarios such as semiconductor wafer traceability, automotive component assembly line monitoring, and 3C electronic production data acquisition. It has also passed UL/CSA certification and can seamlessly integrate with Keyence AutoID Network Navigator software for visual configuration and fault diagnosis.
