GT2-H12KF is a high-precision contact type digital sensor based on an absolute scale pulse system. It adopts a flange installation structure and a quartz glass grating scale, combined with a CMOS image sensor to achieve a resolution of 0.1 μ m and a full range accuracy of ± 1 μ m (p-p). Its 12mm measurement range is compatible with three installation methods: downward/horizontal/upward, corresponding to measurement forces of 1.0N 0.9N and 0.8N, the sensor head adopts a zinc die-casting body and an IP67 protective structure, which can work continuously in an environment temperature of -10 ° C to+55 ° C, and has a 10Hz mechanical response and a 1ms sampling period. It can be quickly connected to an amplifier through an M8 connector and supports multi head parallel connection (up to 5 sensor heads can be connected to one amplifier). It is suitable for semiconductor wafer positioning, precision mold detection, and 3C electronic component assembly scenarios. Its built-in dual color LED indicator light can display the operating status in real time, and has passed 1000m/s ² impact resistance test and 10-55Hz three-axis anti vibration test, ensuring reliability in harsh industrial environments.
