ABB ACU-01 3HNA013719-001 Module Overview
The CIC01 is a standalone communications module. It serves as an inexpensive communications link between the Driver and the Module Bus within the Bailey DCS. The Driver is connected to the CIC01 using a serial RS-232 communication channel. Cables are not provided. Connect the serial RS-232 cable to the 9-pin D RS-232 connector. The wiring of the connector is defined in the CIC01 instruction manual E92-504-2. Connect the serial cable to the selected COM port of the computer containing the Driver.
