In an application example of a chemical enterprise, Schneider deployed a customized machine learning model to monitor six carbon emission sources of a vacuum distillation unit. This model utilizes the AVEVA PI System to operate a big data management platform that analyzes data streams every 5 minutes, providing timely feedback on potential deviations in carbon dioxide emissions. This enables operators to quickly respond, investigate root causes, and make targeted adjustments to optimize processes and minimize carbon dioxide emissions to the greatest extent possible.

 

  • Refined management of energy consumption

Schneider provides an ice machine cooling capacity prediction solution for a semiconductor enterprise, based on AI algorithms and historical data of ice machine operation, to accurately predict the cooling capacity of the demand side. By more precise control of energy demand, we can achieve refined management of energy consumption. The actual test data shows that the energy-saving effect of this scheme reaches 3-5%. If the supporting hardware is modified, a comprehensive energy-saving of 5-10% can be achieved.

 

  • Energy efficiency improvement of air compressor

Schneider achieves optimized control and intelligent management of air compression stations through AI intelligent algorithms, helping enterprises significantly improve energy efficiency. In the station management system project of a certain new energy vehicle enterprise, through data collection, modeling, and analysis, the optimal operating parameter suggestions were provided for the comprehensive station air compression station control system and HVAC control system of the factory, achieving control logic optimization and energy-saving efficiency improvement, enabling the enterprise to achieve twice the result with half the effort in building an efficient, energy-saving modern and green factory.
