GT2-P12KF
The GT2-P12KF model product is a high-precision contact type digital displacement sensor head, designed with a pen and equipped with a flange installation method. It has a resolution of 0.1 μ m and a precision of 1 μ m (p-p), with a measurement range of 12 mm. It is equipped with the "Scale Pulse System II" detection principle to achieve absolute measurement (without tracking error). Its mechanical response frequency reaches 10 Hz, sampling period is 4 ms, and the measurement force is dynamically adjusted according to the installation direction (downward 1.0 N, horizontal 0.95 N, upward 0.9 N). The environmental resistance meets IP67G (JIS) and IP67 (IEC) standards, and also meets NEMA Type 13 oil intrusion prevention requirements. It can operate stably in a temperature range of -10 to+55 ° C and a humidity environment of 35 to 85% RH. The sensor body is made of SUS303 casting, with a built-in stainless steel spindle and high hardness linear ball bearings, achieving a detection life of 100 million times. The cable is made of oil resistant PUR material, and the relay connector is made of PBT material. It can be flexibly wired from 2 to 10 meters through M8 oil resistant cables (such as GT2-CHP2M/CHP5M/CHP10M), compatible with USB and PLC communication interfaces, suitable for high-precision industrial scenarios such as automotive parts detection and precision machining.
