The GE Fanuc IC600LX624 module is a 16K logic or 8K register module with a maximum capacity of 624 bits. It is a member of the GE Fanuc Series Six product family. There are many separate components in this integrated memory module. A central processing unit, internal registers, and user memory are all part of the GE Fanuc Series Six architecture. Each of the memory types has its own parity memory, which is supplied in the package. CMOS-powered random-access memory (RAM) is also included in the memory module. When there is a power breakdown, this RAM is employed as a backup storage device. It is contained on the main circuit board, along with the circuitry for verifying the voltage level. The CMOS battery is a lithium manganese dioxide battery that has a long lifespan
