Allen-Bradley 1794-IT8 Flex I/O analog input module

Before inserting the 1794-IT8 module on the terminal base, the users should rotate the key switch on the base to Position 3 because this position is required for the safe mounting and operation of the thermocouple/mV module. The Allen-Bradley 1794-IT8 FLEX I/O thermocouple module communicates with PLCs through the block-transferring option. Block transfer programming relies on input signal data words moving between the thermocouple module’s memory and a designated area in the PLC’s data table. Block transfer programming also supports the moving of the configuration words from the PLC data table to the thermocouple module.
